Refund policy

You have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return. The product must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@myvelyora.com or orders@myvelyora.com, indicating your order number. We will send you return instructions. Do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Damaged or incorrect products

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

No returns are accepted for items on final sale, gift cards, or personal hygiene products that have been opened or used, except for manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to process the refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the conditions provided for by applicable law.
