How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination: most orders within Europe arrive in 7–15 business days. International shipments may take 10–25 days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Velyora ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on orders over €50, where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed via Shopify's encrypted checkout.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can also log in to your account at myvelyora.com to view your order status.
Are products for sensitive skin safe?
Our beauty and skincare products are designed for daily use. We recommend checking the ingredients on each product page and performing a patch test on a small area before full use. If you have allergies or questions, please contact us before purchasing.
