Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carriers, or periods of high demand.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over €50 to eligible destinations. The applicable threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also check your tracking information through your account at myvelyora.com/account.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. VELYORA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@myvelyora.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement when applicable.
